Grappetite LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Prayer For Us mobile application (the "Application" or "Service"). Keeping personal information about our users safe is an important part of our business. We do not rent or sell personal information to anyone.

• Account Information: When you register an account (or authorize registration via third-party authentication like Facebook login), we receive and securely store personal information, which may include your full name, email address, username, and demographic information.

Whenever you interact with the Application, we and our third-party service providers may automatically collect certain device-level information, including:

• Your mobile device's Internet Protocol (IP) address.

2. Device Permissions and APIs

To provide core functionalities of the mobile experience, the Application may request access to specific system features. You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time through your Android system settings:

• Notifications: We request permission to send you push notifications. This is used strictly to deliver daily prayer reminders, community updates, and alerts when someone prays for your requests.
• Network & Internet State: Used to verify active data connections so the Application can sync your prayers securely with our servers.

We do not engage in hidden background tracking, nor do we access your location, contacts, camera, or local storage without explicit, real-time prompts and justification inside the app.

3. Purpose of Data Processing (What Data is Used For)

Grappetite LLC uses the collected data for the following explicit purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Application services.
• To authenticate your identity and secure your user profile.
• To diagnose technical issues, monitor server load, and fix app errors through automated diagnostic logs ("Log Data").

4. Third-Party Service Providers and Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share personal information with third parties under the following strict conditions:

A. Application Partners (Community Whitelists)

If you utilize the Application to connect with a specific church, ministry, or faith organization ("Application Partner"), Grappetite may provide your full name and email address to that specific, chosen partner to facilitate your membership in their digital prayer group.

Important Note on Partners: An Application Partner's use of your information is governed entirely by their own privacy policy found on their website—and not Grappetite's Privacy Statement. Data is never shared with a partner unless you explicitly choose to engage with their specific community in the app.

B. Core Operational Service Providers

The app utilizes secure third-party code, infrastructure, and SDKs (such as Google Analytics for Firebase or Crashlytics) to monitor performance and app stability. These third parties only have access to your data to perform specific technical tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

5. Cookies and Local Identifiers

Cookies are small data files commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. While standard web browsers use cookies, mobile applications utilize localized device tokens to manage secure user sessions.

The Application does not explicitly use web "cookies" for tracking. However, third-party libraries and SDKs utilized for app analytics and performance management may use local memory identifiers to track crash statistics and session behavior. You can manage mobile tracking identifiers directly via your Android device settings (e.g., resetting your Advertising ID).

6. Account Deletion and Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service.

You have full control over your information. If you wish to delete your account and wipe all personal identifiers from our system, you can do so directly by navigating to our dedicated Account Removal Form available inside the Application menu or on our website page. Once requested, your personal data will be purged from our active databases in accordance with Google Play Developer standards.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the event that we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can execute necessary removal actions.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to maintain compliance with mobile platform regulations (such as Google Play policies).
